Potter’s House Mission believes that housing stability for older women is not a single outcome, but a continuum of care. Our pathways model is designed to meet women where they are—providing immediate stabilization, transitional supports, and permanent supportive housing that adapts as residents’ needs change over time.
Central to our work is an Aging in Place philosophy. We are committed to helping women remain safely housed with dignity, autonomy, and appropriate supports as they age. Rather than requiring residents to cycle through systems or relocate as needs evolve, our approach emphasizes continuity, wellness, and long-term housing security.
